THE HISTORY
The inception of Mechwise and LK Smart Park happens to be back in 1968 with M. K Kuttappan and K K Krishnan becoming pioneers of the first ever aggregate stone crushing unit in Kerala.
This firm was set up with the aim of supplying metals during the construction of Medical Trust Hospital and Kolencherry Medical Mission Hospital besides contributing to significant works under road contract. Inaugurated by Mr. C. V Jacob, Lekshmi Engineering Industries marked the beginning of its industrial journey on 24th January. 1976. Ever since, the industrialist duo has been contributing tirelessly in the manufacturing and maintenance of Kerala’s prime stone crushing plant, even across neighbouring states like Tamil Nadu and Karnataka

MECHANICAL CAR PARKING
Mechanical parking systems, was shared by M.K Kuttappan’s grandchild, followed by which the former showed ardent interest in the project. Along with KK Krishnan and Dhinu Krishnan, he worked on the same and emerged with a working prototype that featured fully automatic multilevel car parking system
Developing this prototype broadened the scope for designing better and more reliable car parking solutions to customers. All these constant efforts have helped mechwise solution become one of the leading car parking solution consultants in Kerala. Our products are manufactured in-house and delivered across India
